Camino is a unique business and enterprise programme that will illustrate to young adults, the basic skills required to start and develop a business, as well as teaching the transferable business and personal development skills that can be used in any workplace.

As part of the school and college programme we can also provide training and coaching to teachers to show the benefits of fully engaging in business and enterprise.

The Camino school and college business and enterprise programme will:

• Promote entrepreneurial thinking throughout the schools and colleges.
• Help with schools and colleges with customer care when dealing with local business leaders.
• Develop a real and sustainable business within the school.
• Show the benefits of developing emotional intelligence.
• Promote a “can do – will do “ philosophy.
• Develop comunication skills, vision, self confidence and determination.
• Show young adults how to get a job with training on CV and interview techniques 
• Develop personal skills that be used in any workplace or organisation

• Promote business as being an opportunity for a career after school or college.
• Mentor young adults to create a REAL business for themselves. 
• Develop the specific business skills and knowledge, necessary to be successful in any business. 
• Develop long term mentoring relationships with experienced business leaders.
